Ames Goldsmith recognizes that our employees are the single most valuable asset within our business units.  The safety and wellbeing of our people has always been a top priority for the management group at Ames Goldsmith.

With oversight from our Director of Safety & Health, Charles McCabe, Ames Goldsmith has implemented a global safety program at each of our manufacturing facilities.  Driven by regular continuous training, from both internal and external trainers, Ames is working diligently to ensure the safety of our employees. 

Our safety committees, which are comprised of both senior and middle managers, as well as direct production operators, meet regularly and in an open forum, to review safety performance, discuss areas for potential improvement, as well as to find new and innovative incentives to keep all of our employees involved in our successful safety process.
